Your information is used to: provide and operate the CloudEchecks service, validate banking information via ABA routing databases, generate check documents, send service communications, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We implement bank-grade security measures including: AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, TLS 1.3 for all data in transit, access-controlled database environments, and regular security audits. Account numbers are encrypted and never stored in plaintext. Routing numbers are validated against public ABA databases.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Check records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with standard financial recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@cloudechecks.com.
